PURPOSE:To simply obtain a smooth ink film by a method wherein plates corresponding every inks are provided so that plate depths are shallow in the order of the higher contents of pigments in inks and the inks corresponding to the plates are printed on an object to be printed from the plates through a blanket. CONSTITUTION:Corresponding to R-, G- and B-inks 2 used in the printing to an object 1 to be printed such as a glass substrate, plates 3 formed so that the plate depths (d) of ink cells 3 are made shallow in the order of the higher contents of pigments are allowed to correspond and the inks are transferred to a blanket from the plates 3 wherein the plate depths (d) of the ink cells are allowed to correspond to the inks to be transferred to the object 1 to be printed. The plate reduced in the plate depth (d) is allowed to correspond to the R-ink much in the content of pigment and the plate increased in the plate depth (d) is allowed to correspond to the G-ink much in the content of pigment next to the R-ink and the plate further increased in the plate depth (d) is allowed to correspond to the B-ink further lower in the content of pigment than the G-ink. The R-, G- and B-inks 2 from the respective plates are respectively transferred to a blanket in the same amount to be printed on the object 1 to be printed and ink film thicknesses are uniform and smoothing is achieved. |
