PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container mouth unsealing device not generating cut remains on a cut face nor generating imperfect cutting when an unnecessary section is to be cut on a mouth section of a sealed container and unseal the same. SOLUTION: A container mouth unsealing device is provided with a first supporting body 4 and a second supporting body 13 for supporting separately a container main section 51 and an unnecessary section 52 respectively, a contact member 18 being brought into contact with at least either one of the container main body 51 or the unnecessary section 52, deforming elastically a flexible section 53 and forming the relative inclination to the axial line between the container main body section 51 and the unnecessary section 52 and a blade 9 for cutting from the stretched side of the flexible section 53 stretched by the elastic deformation in the axial line direction. The edge of the blade 9 is so set as to run through from the stretched side to the compressed side on the opposite position.
