摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a beam incident on an optical system to a measurement purpose by the optical system by mounting at least one optical system for locally changing the resolution of the whole image pickup device in the front of an image pickup camera. SOLUTION: A lens 1.1 to be arranged just in the front of a CCD device 1.2 within the mapping optical path of an autofocus device within an operation microscope is formed of a diffusion lens in most cases, and it can be also made to have converging action (particularly, in green range). In the range having the diffusion action of the lens 1.1, mutually adjacent (substantially parallel) autofocus beams 1.3 are mutually diffused on the CCD device 2, and in the range having the converging action, a compression is caused. However, this makes the resolution in a particularly concerned range higher than the resolution in a hardly concerned range, and as a result, the measuring range can be further increased additionally (according to the actual structure of an optical system).
