PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor a test, to improve coverage and to reduce test errors by automatically generating combination of 'results' and 'retreaval condition', test data, test item and test program corresponding to the combination 'results' and 'retrieal conditions' by setting basic data such as data type, value range and length usable as data. SOLUTION: At a main storage device 1, basic data attribute input 20 and data division attribute input 21 are performed and by performing generation data number input 22, combined data generating processing 13 is executed. In this way, a target test data file 33 is prepared and by executing test item generating processing 14, a test item file is prepared.
