PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute the vacant seat waiting allocation processing of an airplane of each airline company. SOLUTION: A vacant seat situation inputted from each airline company is managed in an each destination data base 2 for each destination for all airline companies. Then, a vacant waiting card 6 to which a vacant waiting number 12 is added is issued to each vacant seat waiting passenger 5 who designates destination, and the vacant seat waiting number added to the card issued to each vacant seat waiting passenger and the card number are managed in each destination vacant seat waiting table 3. When new vacant generation information is inputted from each airline company, the vacant seat situation of each destination data base is updated, and each vacant seat is successively allocated to each vacant seat waiting number stored in each destination vacant seat waiting table based on each updated destination vacant seat situation, and seat holding information is radio transmitted to the vacant seat waiting card in the card number corresponding to the vacant seat waiting number to which the vacant seat is allocated. |
