PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal change acceleration bus driving circuit for simplifying circuit constitution and reducing circuit delay. SOLUTION: Bus state signals are turned to a high level by driving a high level driving means 111 by a control means 101 regardless of data signals during precharge. When a precharge period ends and enable signals become at the high level during a sample period, in the case that the data signals are at a low level, the bus state signals are turned to be at the low level by driving a low level driving means 121 by the control means 101. When the enable signals are at the high level, the control means 101 drives the high level driving means 111 and holds the bus state signals at the high level. In the case that the enable signals are at the low level, when the bus state signals fall regardless of the data signals, the control means drives the low level driving means 121 and accelerates the fall of the bus state signals. |
