measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: heat counter-flowmeter relates to devices for measuring and accounting of thermal power transmitted by liquid or gaseous carriers through pipes. Heat counter-flowmeter has measuring-computing unit, temperature-sensitive elements and flowmetering part channel. The latter is divided into two identical branches between inlet and outlet. Thermal flow transducers with radiators are positioned on surface of branches. Radiator of one of branches is heat-insulated from environment. Temperature-sensitive elements are connected to measuring-computing unit. EFFECT: elimination of possible effect of heat-carrier temperature drift. 2 cl 1 dwg
