PURPOSE: Provided is a dielectric ceramic composition for high frequency having excellent dielectric characteristics (dielectric constant;42-53, temperature coefficient of resonance frequency;±10ppm/°C and Q value;≧40000) by controlling a weight ratio of Nd2O3 and Nb2O5 and adding small amount of WO3 and MnO2 to CaTiO3 system. CONSTITUTION: The composition is represented by the following general formula: a CaCO3 + b TiO2 + c Nd2O3 + d Al2O3 + e Nb2O5, where a+b+c+d+e=100, in the range of 27.5≤a≤52.8, 13.2≤b≤33.0, 4.0≤c≤38.9, 4.8≤d≤11.9 and 1.6≤e≤21.6, on the basis of weight ratio. The resultant dielectric ceramic composition comprises 49.2 CaCO3 + 22.6 TiO2 + 8.0 Nd2O3 + 7.0 Al2O3 + 13.2 Nb2O5 as a main component, 1-5wt.% of WO3 and 0.2-1wt.% of MnO2.
