PURPOSE: A security method in wireless data communications is provided to ensure user authentication and prevent non-repudiation by an end-to-end data encryption method. Also, the differentiated security policy method is provided to support that electronic financial service institutes providing a uniform security policy can establish a security policy suitable for the importance, kind and feature of service. CONSTITUTION: A receiving module(601) summons a mobile certification number registration module(602), taking the data received from a server as a parameter. The mobile certification number registration module(602) checks the validity of the data received from the receiving module(601) and requests a security table management module(606) to add the received data in a security table. A mobile certification number check module(605) checks whether an inputted account number is registered in the security table. An access counter management module(604) compares an increased access counter value and an access counter value sent from the server. The mobile certification number cancellation module(603) checks the validity of the data received from the receiving module(601) and requests the security table management module(606) to delete the data of an item identical to the received data from the security table.
