METHOD FOR PREPARING FOAM AGENT OF AERATED LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE

PURPOSE: A method for preparing foam agent of aerated lightweight concrete is provided, which prevent shrinkage cracking, defoaming by using sodium laurile sulfate, coconut aliphatic acid, triethanolaminesulfate. CONSTITUTION: The foam agent is prepared by mixing 50-70 wt.% of an admixture of sodium laurile sulfate and sodium laurile ether sulfate in a ration of 1:5 to 1:7, with 2-4 wt.% of triethanolamine ether sulfate, 0.5-1.5 wt.% of coconut aliphatic acid. The mixture is mixed over 20 rpm, and aged for 6 hrs. or longer.
