PURPOSE: A door locking device is provided to efficiently open and shut a door with an external signal through solenoids by easily protruding and inserting locking members. CONSTITUTION: A door locking device includes a housing(15) having a fixed space for settling and receiving the parts of the door locking device, a first rotor and a second rotor mounted on the center part of the housing for rotating within the range of a fixed angle by the operation of a handle attached to the outside of the door, a first locking member(11) rectilineally moving in the inner direction of the housing by the rotary motion of the first rotor, a second locking member(12) moving in the equal direction of the first locking member according to the rotary motion of the second rotor, a first solenoid(5) positioned at the front end part of the first locking member for controlling the rectilineal motion of the first locking member, a second solenoid(16) settled in a groove formed in the bottom part for controlling the moving of the first locking member, and spring members settled with the first locking member and the second locking member for returning the locking members moved by the rotor to the original position.
