PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor actuator device capable of preventing the oil film of grease from being broken in an area of slide contact. SOLUTION: The motor actuator device has a conductive plate 58 that is rotated integraly with an output shaft, and is further provided with an inner radial-side brush groups 46, an intermediate brush group 48, and an outer radial- side brush group 50 abutting against the conductive plate 58. A grease basin 76 in which grease 78 is reserved is formed on the relative sliding excursion of the outer radial-side brush group 50 on the underside of the conductive plate 58. Therefore, the oil film of grease is prevented from being broken in the area of contact between the bent portions 50A as common contacts at the tips of the outer radial-side brush group 50 and the conductive plate 58.
