PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a clamper for pressing the full surface of a warped disk from interfering with the movement of the loaded tray of the disk by being retreated during disk delivery. SOLUTION: A clamper 2 for pressing a disk 0 loaded on a turntable 1 is constructed in such a manner that as the turntable 1 is lowered (D direction), the clamper 2 is operated and retreated in a direction (U direction) away from the turntable 1 by magnetic force or spring stress, and thus a tray 3 receiving the disk 0 from the turntable 1 is moved in an E direction, and the disk 0 is ejected.
