RULE ADJUSTING METHOD AND DATA CLASSIFYING METHOD USING RULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a rule specified as an object of adjustment to quality that a user can satisfy for data to be analyzed in a method which adjusts a rule representing regulations and causality. SOLUTION: When the condition part of the rule is a data item consisting of a numeral range, the upper-limit and lower-limit values of the numeral range are independently varied to generate plural adjustment candidate rules. According to the data, evaluation indexes showing how the rules are good are computed and the adjustment candidate rule matching a target evaluation index is decided as an adjustment rule for a result.
