PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an operator can not perform suitable dealing and a contact to a support center is difficult and non-efficient when an error occurs while the version of an error help system or the like for showing a dealing method in the error occurrence in an application system is not suitable in a conventional error help support system. SOLUTION: When an error occurs while the version of the error help system is not suitable, the operator can perform suitable and efficient dealing by means of the error help support system having a support server connecting means for automatically connecting the support dealing part of a support server connected by a line corresponding to the version information of the error help system on the basis of this information when the error occurs and a trouble dealing part for exchanging information with the support server for suitably dealing with trouble.
