A timing alteration part 111 synchronizes a synchronizing signal outputted by the changeover destination video output part 102 with a synchronizing signal outputted by the changeover source video output part 101. A video signal selection part 103 and a 1st synchronizing signal selection part 104 select the video signal Y and the synchronizing signal Y which are output signals of the video output part 102, respectively, and output them to an unshown display device. The power source control part 112 switches off the power source of the changeover source video output part 101 when the changeover of the display picture is completed.
