PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current detection differential amplifier having a high elimination factor of variation of a current. SOLUTION: A (n) channel transistor is an adjuster coupled to a voltage source (VCC), of which a drain terminal is not adjusted. A gate of a transistor is coupled to adjusted supply voltage (VCCP) which is a function of voltage supply for a sense amplifier. A source of the transistor is connected to a source of a (p) channel transistor in a main amplifier which gives feedback to the main amplifier. Therefore, a voltage of the source side of a feedback transistor cannot be higher than VCCP-Vtn (threshold of the (n) channel transistor) for large variation of the voltage source VCC.
