PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for achieving a relatively accurate compensation. SOLUTION: In the method of magnetic resonance imaging, the movement of an object for imaging is examined in the preparation phase prior to the actual MR examination, and the sequence necessary for the MR examination after that is modified during the examination so that the movement of the object is compensated.
