PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold residual pressure on completion of controlling a solenoid valve without an expensive pressure sensor to improve control quality at a low cost and to prevent a feeling of 'G loosing' from occurring, and to prevent generation of knocking noise and deterioration of durability caused by collision of a valve element with a valve seat or a stopper. SOLUTION: This brake control device is provided with an active braking control means 20 executing automatic braking control for controlling brake liquid pressure by outputting a driving signal consisting of a duty ratio signal based on input corresponding to running condition to an outside gate valve. In the active braking control means 20, soft landing control for gradually changing a duty ratio toward 0% duty ratio is executed by a soft landing control part 27 when outputting the driving signal for fully opening the outside gate valve on completion of the automatic braking control.
