PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head replaceable cutting holder capable of enhancing fastening and close contact of a holder head, doubly clamping to heighten the strength and enabling oiling. SOLUTION: This head replaceable cutting holder is formed by the holder head 1 on which a tip 2 is removably mounted, and a shank 3 having an engaging projecting part 6 closely engaged with a conical fitting part 5 projected at the connecting end of the holder head 1. An oil feeding hole 4 penetrates from the outer end of the shank 3 to the engaging projecting part 6, a bolt hole 9 conforming with a screw hole 8 formed in the side of the conical fitting part 5 is bored in the engaging projecting part 6 of the shank 3, and a clamp screw 100 is screwed in the screw hole 8 from the bolt hole 9 to integrally fix the shank 3 and the holder head 1 with each other.
