PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mounting efficiency by remarkably shortening mounting time and to attain cost down and the simplification and miniaturization of structure at the same time. SOLUTION: This machine is provided with a 1st mounting function part M1 for mounting two teat cups Ta and Ta on the front side by directly detecting the positions of the front side teat cups Ha and Hb through teat position detectors 3a and 3b and a 2nd mounting function part M2 for calculating the positions of two teats Hc and Hd on the rear side from the position detected results Da and Db of the teat position detectors 3a and 3b and a data base Dm concerning the positions of teats Ha... stored in advance and mounting the rear side teat cups Tc and Td based on the calculated positions.
