PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a falling accident of an operator when the surrounding other person carelessly moves a transferable ladder on which the operator gets and works. SOLUTION: In this transferable ladder 100 having moving wheels 140a and 140b in the lower part, a lower braking operation part 181 and an upper braking operation part 182 for regulating a movement, and a braking releasing means for releasing braking, this ladder 100 is provided with a sensor 320 (an infrared ray sensor) as an operator boarding detecting means for detecting boarding of the operator, a detection control means for flashing a warning indicating lamp 461 when this sensor 320 detects the operator, a display means, and a power source means (a secondary battery).
