PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a city water saver capable of securely reducing the amount of discharge water because of a high rectifying effect, while also reducing noises and vibrations. SOLUTION: The city water saver includes a columnar water-saving portion 12 mounted within city water piping such as the delivery pipe 30 of a faucet and inserted along the longitudinal direction of the delivery pipe 30, and a flange portion 16 formed on the peripheral edge of the inflow side end face 14 of the water-saving portion 12. The water-saving portion 12 includes a first flow passage 20 formed from the inflow side end face 14, and a second flow passage 22 bent and branched from the first flow passage 20 toward a side face of the water-saving portion 12.
