<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which the offset error of a clock signal can be improved, and current consumption at standby can be reduced. SOLUTION: An internal circuit 4 is provided with latches 14.1-14.n capable of holding data received last according to a control signal regardless of the state of a clock. Even when the operation of a PLL circuit 6 is stopped in a standby state, the data are held in the latches 14.1-14.n so that the operation can be immediately restarted. Therefore, it is possible to reduce current consumption in the standby state, and to quickly make a start.</p> |
