<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a freight price is not necessarily a reasonable and fair price as a price forming process is still a conventional one, although a physical distribution industry, whose conventional freight does not necessarily have a clear and fair base price, is recently establishing a freight competition market such as a freight search and vehicle search transaction system on the Internet and opening freight information such as the base price widely. SOLUTION: A freight search and vehicle search transacting means 12, and a sale transacting means 11 of a physical distribution future and option transaction institution 9 are connected through a network 5, to which information terminals 8 of a carrier 2, a broker 3, a shipper 4 and a general user 6, and an information terminal 14 of a handling institution 7 are connected. The information terminals 8 and 14 can display, among others, freight information collected and processed by the sale transacting means 11, to allow free participation in a future transaction and an option transaction in a freight competition market.</p> |
