<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability, by preventing image information ('image for stamp') from being drawn when an operator traces over a documents text or the like displayed on a display device to give an explanation or touches an information input area by mistake with high finger or the like. SOLUTION: When it is detected by an information input device that information is inputted by a prescribed material, the time from the start to the end of this detection is measured (S4), and prescribed image information is drawn in a position corresponding to information input in the information input area (S8), only when the measured time exceeds a prescribed time (Y in S7). Thus image, information is drawn, only when the prescribed position in the information input area is indicated by the prescribed material without movement over the prescribed time, so that operability is improved, because picture information is not drawn in the case that the operator erroneously touches the information input area with his finger or the like.</p> |
