SOLUTION: In a two-step type touch panel 25A in a first performance form, which is incorporated in the input device 1, uniform gaps Ga and Gb are made from both transparent electrodes across a transparent and flexible intermediate electrode sheet 2530, where transparent electrodes 2534 and 2535 are formed on both faces.
