PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing facility supervisory system that can prevent traffic volume from being increased with excellent real time performance. SOLUTION: When a terminal 4a transmits data needing real time performance as a requirement, a destination code indicating a server 7 and all the other terminals 4b, 4c, that is a global code, is given to the data and the resulting data are transmitted to a communication means 5. The server 7 and all the other terminals 4b 4c receive the data on the communication means 5 when the data include the destination code to be captured such as the global code. Since the data can directly be received by the other terminals not through the server, the reception of data is excellent in the real time performance and the load of the communication means is relieved more than the case with communication of the data via the server. Furthermore, the server can be omitted.
