The invention relates to rescue engineering, in particular to devices for detecting and rescuing objects below the water surface. The inventive device comprises a signalling structure in the form of a floater provided with a light-reflecting coating and arranged on an air-filled hermetic body which is provided with a stem having a latch for fixing said floater and with an element for fixing to an object. Said device also comprises a spool carrying a fishing line, a radio beacon provided with an antenna and a magnetic relay for switching on a power supply therefor, a depth and time relay whose actuation interval depends on a depth, a membrane, a water-filled silphon, a spring, a back valve and a spray nozzle. The device is fixable to objects or equipment, is easy and simple in use. It is also reliable and safe during the repeated use thereof and makes it possible to quickly detect a sinking or sunk object, detect a drowned person or rescue from drowning.
