PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle height adjusting device of a bicycle capable of safely and smoothly adjusting a saddle height position even during traveling and the bicycle provided with the device. SOLUTION: This device adjusts the saddle height position in the bicycle. The device is constituted of an instruction means for instructing elevating of the saddle and an elevating means for elevating the saddle by receiving the instruction.
