PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying material for an automobile excellent in soundproofing. SOLUTION: A piloerection fabric sheet 1 is lined with a resin sheet 31, but pores are provided on the resin sheet 31 to avoid formation of a hollow duplicate wall structure and to improve a sound absorbing property.
