PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular saw blade capable of reducing cutting load based on a pinching phenomenon by a cut material (a phenomenon of the circular saw blade being constricted from both sides of a slotted groove) generated in cutting. SOLUTION: An edge part 14 of a saw blade 13 is projected in the thickness direction of the circular saw blade 10 by caulking to form a projecting part 14a. Consequently, even if the cut material is slightly moved in a direction of pinching the circular saw blade, the slotted groove with a width to secure a sufficient clearance S between the cut material and the circular saw blade is formed to prevent the generation of constricting pressure by the slight movement of the cut material in the direction of pinching the circular saw blade in cutting.
