PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the converging time of an ALE(addaptive bright line empersizing filter) circuit by reducing input noise electric power. SOLUTION: Multiplexed transmission data which is obtained by multiplexing and modulating original transmission data and its reverse data so as to be transmitted inputted to an input terminal 11. The multiplexed transmission data is inputted to a subtractor 13 through a delay circuit 12. Data which is inputted through the delay circuit 12 is subtracted from multiplexed transmission data in the subtractor 13. The output of the subtractor 13 is inputted to a flip- flop 14 and only data where a signal component is emphasized is extracted. Noise electric power is cancelled and also a sine wave component is emphasized in the extracted data so that it is inputted to the ALE circuit 15. |
