A composition based on paracetamol, remantadine, ascorbic acid, rutin, loratadine and calcium gluconate is a complex preparation for oral administration.The invention is a medicament dosage form of long term storage and due to the stability of composition is useful for commercial production as a finished medicament.The stability of the composition is achieved by manufacturing the finished medicaments as tablets or capsules, the ingredients of the composition are dispersed in two different tablets or capsules, which provide a medical therapeutic effect when administered simultaneously.When the finished medicament is manufactured as a powder for preparing a solution its stability is provided by including in the powder auxiliary substances, the mass of which exceeds 5 times the mass of the active components, that is active substances.The inventive composition acts upon main influenza symptoms, has antipyretic, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antiallergenic and tonic action, as well as stipulates production of alpha-interferone and gamma-interferone.The use of the inventive anti-inflammatory preparation for the treatment of influenza and acute respiratory viral infection shortens the treatment by 2-3 days creating no complications. |
