A light emitting display is provided to maintain discharge level constant using a discharge part and thus to prevent brightness difference. A light emitting display comprises a pixel unit(P), a drive device, and a discharge unit. The pixel unit is formed on a substrate. The drive device transmits precharge signals, discharge signals, data signals, and scan signals to the pixel unit. The discharge unit is installed in the drive device and transmits discharge signals to discharge the precharge signals. After detecting and comparing the signals discharged when the precharge signals are discharged, the discharge unit passes the signals to a first discharge terminal(dis1) in case of keeping discharge level, and passes the signals to a second discharge terminal(dis2) in case of not keeping discharge level.
