A body temperature control apparatus is provided to reduce greatly the discharge of sweat when a user does outdoor activities or climbs mountains and to prevent his/her body from getting sticky. A boy temperature control apparatus adjusts the body temperature by spraying water and includes one or more water drums(503), a water drum wearing unit, a water pump, a water pump wearing unit, one or more nozzles and a nozzle wearing unit. The water drum wearing unit makes the water drum put on a human body. The water pump pumps the water of the water drum. The water pump wearing unit makes the water pump put on a human body. The nozzle(511) sprays the water pumped by the water pump. The nozzle wearing unit makes the nozzle put on a human body.
