THIN-FILM VINYLIDENE FLUORIDE RESIN MOLDING AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film molding reduced in discoloration caused by thermal deterioration and peculiar to a vinylidene chloride resin and a process for producing the same. SOLUTION: This resin molding is prepared by melt-processing a copolymer having a compositional ratio of 70-95wt.% vinylidene chloride units and 5-30wt.% vinyl chloride units, has a UV value of 0.2-1.5, and an NMR value of 0-6.4×10<-6> , and satisfies the relationship of UV value <=1.65×10<5>×NMR value +0.45. The production process comprises using a twin-screw extruder.
