A BOX, A BLANK AND A METHOD OF FORMING SAME

The invention is a method of forming a box from a substantially rectangular blank characterised by the step of making at least one re-entrant fold parallel to two edges of the blank then folding the blank along fold lines parallel to the other two edges so as to form a tube, in which the other two edges overlap and one end of the re-entrant fold at one edge engages with the other end of the re-entrant fold at the other edge. The invention is also a blank for forming a box by the method the blank having indications where the folds must be made, and a box formed from a substantially rectangular blank having re-entrant fold parallel to two edges of the blank and formed as a tubular structure whereby the other two edges of the blank overlap and the re-entrant fold on one edge interlocks with the re-entrant fold on the other edge.
