<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a legitimate user using a money handling device to return the money left behind to the user. <P>SOLUTION: During transaction in the money handling device, biological information (e.g., face image) of the user is acquired, and stored in a DB in association with transaction information of the user.
