PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power transmission device and a power reception equipment, capable of suitably coping with an abnormality, for exchanging information between power transmission equipment and power reception equipment through radio communication.SOLUTION: A non-contact power transmission device 10 includes: power transmission equipment 11 including an AC power supply 12 which outputs AC power and a power transmitter 13 to which the AC power is input; and power reception equipment 21 including a power receiver 23 capable of receiving the AC power in a non-contact manner from the power transmitter 13, and a battery 22 as a load. The power reception equipment 21 includes: a DC/DC converter 25, disposed on a secondary side power transmission line from the power receiver 23 to the battery 22, functioning as an impedance converter unit having a variable impedance; and a communication abnormality detection unit 40 functioning as a secondary side abnormality detection unit for abnormality detection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
