According to one embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for controlling the overall height of a vehicle comprises: double arms connecting a main frame of a vehicle and a vehicle wheel of the vehicle; a spring damper of which one end is connected to one arm among the double arms, and absorbing an impact transmitted from the vehicle wheel; a hinge of which one end is connected to the spring damper and which rotates around a rotational shaft connected to the main frame to vertically move the spring damper; and a linear actuator of which one end is connected to the hinge and which provides a thrust for rotation of the hinge. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the apparatus for controlling the overall height of a vehicle, controlling only the overall height of the vehicle without changing internal pressure of the damper and an elastic force of an elastic body installed in the spring damper.
