The present invention discloses a thin film transistor array substrate and an organic light emitting diode display device having the same. The disclosed organic light emitting diode display device includes a first metal layer disposed on a substrate, a second metal layer disposed on the first metal layer and a buffer layer disposed on the second metal layer. In addition, the device includes a thin film transistor disposed on the buffer layer, an organic light emitting device electrically connected to the thin film transistor, and an encapsulating layer disposed on the organic light emitting device. In this case, the second metal layer absorbs hydrogen remaining on the thin film transistor array substrate, so the semiconductor layer of the thin film transistor is prevented from being deteriorated. |
