The present invention relates to a display device driven by a digital driving method and a self-calibration method thereof. The display device comprises: a measurement unit measuring a current of a pixel; a luminance error calculation unit calculating a luminance error of the pixel by calculating an inrush current of the pixel which emits light at a current measurement value of the pixel; a luminance error compensation unit which compensates for the luminance error of the pixel by reducing light-emitting time of a subframe or changing the subframe emitting light.
