PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable estimation of a cause point producing service quality deterioration, with easy work and a relatively small device scale, also enabling the detection of software failure and deterioration.SOLUTION: A model generation unit 61 refers to a storage unit 50 to generate a flow model which is a model to specify physical equipment, in which data on each flow flows, a software ID and a sequence of the data flow. A processing unit 60 and a set information management unit 70 which compare between each flow model to estimate, from the comparison result, physical equipment or software which causes a service influence on a communication network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
