PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve control having high accuracy and stability for controlling temperature properly, optimize the control, and reduce generation of power loss related to heating control and cooling control for enhancing operation efficiency.SOLUTION: Temperature sensors 3 detect heating temperature of different plural predetermined parts on at least a heating cylinder 2, and heating parts 4 for heating the predetermined parts and cooling parts 5 for cooling the predetermined parts are controlled so that detection temperature PV becomes set temperature SV which is set in advance. Power feeding amounts from power feeding parts 4B to the heating parts 4 are controlled by pulse width control by heating control signals Ch in which a predetermined cycle time th is set, and cooling fluid amounts supplied to the cooling parts 5 from a cooling fluid supply part 5AP are controlled by pulse width control by a cooling control signal Cc in which a cycle time tc is set, the cycle time tc is longer than the cycle time th of the heating control signal Ch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
