The present invention relates to a welding device of manufacturing a scaffold foothold used in manufacturing the scaffold foothold used at a shipyard or a construction site. The present invention is to provide the welding device for manufacturing the scaffold foothold which is able to achieve productivity improvement and reduction in welding fault and labor costs by reducing working manpower by continuously and rapidly performing spot welding and also enabling a worker to be able to adjust easily a welding section at random; and is able to improve handling property on a site since the scaffold foothold is able to be manufactured lightweight by being able to perform spot welding of a steel sheet equal to or less than 1 mm. That is, the welding device of manufacturing the scaffold foothold including an outer support part formed on a lower part of a left and right side of an upper board and a middle support part formed on a middle of a lower part of the upper board, comprises: a first and a second spot welding part installed in a body to perform spot welding of the upper board and the outer support part on a left and right side of the scaffold foothold supplied through a supply conveyor, and are constituted with an upper-grounded roller electrode and a lower-grounded roller electrode; a support roller group which moves the scaffold foothold spot-welded by the first and the second spot welding part by supporting the scaffold hold in a horizontal state; a third spot welding part installed in the body to be located on a side of the support roller group, and constituted with a left-grounded roller electrode and a right-grounded roller electrode arranged in a V-shape not to be interfered with the outer support part to perform spot-welding of the middle support part; a discharge conveyor which discharges the scaffold foothold welded by the third spot welding part to the outside; and a control part controlling driving and power supply of the first, the second, and the third spot welding part. |
