PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a terminal fitting.SOLUTION: A terminal fitting 10 comprises: a substrate part 16 which, as a whole, extends in a front-rear direction; an elastic contact part 22 which is arranged at a position facing the upper surface of a front part 17 of the substrate part 16 so as to come into elastic contact with a mating terminal fitting 90; and a sealing part 15 for connecting, in a sealed state, a conductor part 62 of an electric wire 60 to the lower surface of a rear part 18 of the substrate part 16. The substrate part 16 is provided with a coupling part 14 which extends, from the rear part 18 to the front part 17, in a direction inclined with respect to the front-rear direction.
