PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate control from a user's inquiry to a call center to connection to an operator.SOLUTION: A control system includes a server device, a plurality of operator terminal devices, and a user terminal device. The server device, when having received an inquiry from the user terminal device, assigns one of the plurality of operator terminal devices to the received inquiry; holds inquiry reservation information for associating the received inquiry, identification information on the operator terminal device assigned to the received inquiry, and a state of the assigned operator terminal device with each other; and, when the state of the assigned operator terminal device is an idle state, transmits control information including the identification information on the assigned operator terminal device to the user terminal device. The user terminal device, when having received the control information, transmits a signal including the identification information for starting a call with the assigned operator terminal device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
