BATTERY PACK AND FASTENING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack and a fastening structure that can maintain fastening force through a screw member at low cost.SOLUTION: A battery pack 1 is configured so that one or plural battery modules 3 are mounted in a housing 2. The housing 2 is configured by fastening a cover part 12 to a main body part 11 through a screw member 15. A screw hole 22 in which a shaft portion 16 of the screw member 15 is threadably fitted is formed in the main body part 11. A spray coating film 23 is formed on the surface of the main body part 11 by spray coating. An insertion hole 24 in which the shaft portion 16 of the screw member 15 is inserted is formed in the cover part 12, and an electrodeposition film 25 which is formed by electrodeposition coating is provided at a site which at least a seating face 17a of the screw member 15 contacts on the surface of the cover part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
