PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact vibration wave motor that can be easily assembled.SOLUTION: The vibration wave motor is constituted of a holding member 4, composed of a plate spring material integrally formed with a holding function part of a vibrator 50 and a compression elastic part 4b, for compressing the vibrator 50 to a slide member 9. By mounting a compression member 5, which applies a compression force to the vibrator 50, to the compression elastic part 4b, the compression elastic part 4b is deformed by the compression member 5, and a compression force is generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
